Fully constructed steel framed modular units. Our standard size 12’ x 40’ (480 SQFT) modules can be used as single units or combine modules to make larger family sized homes. Fully insulated with closed cell spray foam, energy rated windows, kitchens, washrooms and we offer a variety of interior finish options.

Our prefabricated SIP panels are made of two OSB (7/16) skins with BASF Neopor core insulation.  Framing and insulating completed in one step. Standard panel sections arrive in 4’ x 8’ (can do up to 24’) and can be used for walls, flooring and even roofs. Building with SIP panels gives you a strong, more airtight exterior and built significantly faster.

Our light gauge steel framing systems arrive in panel form and can also be sent insulated with OSB sheathing already attached. All of our light steel framing systems is made with cold rolled steel (up to 2.0mm thick) and we use Scottsdale equipment/software. Steel framing is light weight, doesn’t warp and is insect / mold resistant.
